Welcome to Hamper Cuisine. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Hamper Cuisine is a sole proprietorship based in Mumbai, India.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not attempt to disrupt or misuse the site in any way.

All content on the site (images, designs, text, logo) is owned by Hamper Cuisine and cannot be copied or used without written permission.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways such as Razorpay or PayU. We don’t store your card or banking details.

In rare cases, if an item is unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

We currently offer shipping only within India.

Delivery timelines depend on your location :

For non-customized products within Mumbai, orders are typically delivered within 2 days. 

Customized products require a minimum of 2 to 5 working days for dispatch.

You’ll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout or through email/SMS updates.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier or other unforeseen circumstances

Due to the nature of our products (perishable or customized hampers), returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect on arrival.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo for verification.

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

We do our best to display accurate descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or packaging changes.

Hamper Cuisine is not responsible for:

Any indirect or incidental losses caused by using our website or products

Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier delays, natural events, strikes)

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
